Data Deletion Instructions

Creative Marketing Group ("we", "us", "our") respects your right to control your personal data. This page explains how to request deletion of any personal data we hold about you, including data obtained through Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Threads) when you authorise our applications or integrations.

What data we may hold

• Name, email address and contact details you submitted via our forms.
• Account identifiers (e.g. Meta User ID, Page ID, Ad Account ID) granted when you connected your Facebook, Instagram or Meta Business account to our CRM or Meta Ads Manager.
• Campaign, lead, insights and creative data pulled via the Meta Marketing API on your behalf.
• Tokens and permissions issued by Meta to operate the integration.

How to request deletion

To request that we delete all personal data associated with you or your connected Meta accounts, send an email to:

info@creativemarketingltd.co.uk

Please use the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include:

• Your full name.
• The email address or Meta account associated with your data.
• A short description of the data you would like removed (or "all data").

What happens next

• We will acknowledge your request within 72 hours.
• We will revoke any active Meta access tokens for your accounts.
• We will permanently delete your personal data from our CRM, databases and backups within 30 days, unless we are legally required to retain specific records (e.g. financial/tax data).
• We will email you confirmation once deletion is complete.

Removing our app from your Meta account

You can also revoke our application's access at any time directly inside Meta:

1. Log in to Facebook and go to Settings → Business Integrations.
2. Find Creative Marketing Group in the list.
3. Click Remove to revoke all permissions.

Once revoked, please still email us using the steps above so we can purge any data already stored on our side.
