The Agency Acquisition Process, Step by Step

Our agency acquisition process has six stages: a confidential application, an informal call, information shared under NDA, a written offer, due diligence, and legal completion followed by a planned client and team handover. Most deals complete within three to six months.

1. Confidential application

You complete a short application with the basics of your agency. Only our acquisitions team sees it.

2. Informal conversation

A call with Kasim Javed, our founder, to understand your goals and whether there is a fit. No obligation and no preparation needed.

3. NDA and information

We sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share accounts, client lists or contracts.

4. Offer

We set out a written offer covering price, structure (upfront, deferred or earn-out) and your role after the sale.

5. Due diligence

We check finances, contracts, staff and systems. We keep it proportionate to the size of the agency.

6. Completion and handover

Solicitors complete the sale, then we follow a joint plan to introduce clients and integrate the team with minimal disruption.
